1. Who we are
This website, viatainnumere.ro ("Viața în Numere"), is operated by Vladu Marius Daniel. Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we are the controller of the personal data collected through this website.
2. What data we collect and why
Contact form and bookings: full name, date of birth, phone number, e-mail address, requested service, booking date and time, and the message sent. This data is necessary to respond to your request, arrange the booking and provide the requested service (the date of birth is required to carry out the numerology analysis).
Blog comments: name, e-mail address and the text of the comment. Comments are published only after moderation; the name and comment appear publicly, the e-mail address is never displayed.
We do not collect any other data and do not use your data for any purpose other than those above.
3. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (expressed by checking the consent box when submitting the form) and, for bookings, based on the steps necessary to conclude and perform the service you requested (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
4. How long we keep the data
Requests and bookings are kept for the duration of our relationship with you, for providing the services, keeping activity records and continuously improving the numerology practice. You can ask at any time for your data to be deleted (see the "Your rights" section), and we will delete it within 30 days at most. For the purpose of studying and deepening numerology, analyses may subsequently be kept in anonymized form - without name or contact details, so that they can no longer be associated with you. Comments remain published until deleted by us or at your request.
5. Who we share the data with
We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties. The data is stored on the website's server and is accessible only to the controller.
6. Cookies
The website uses a single strictly necessary cookie (a session cookie, used for admin authentication). We do not use advertising, traffic-analysis or third-party cookies, which is why the website does not display a cookie banner.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access your data, the right to rectification, the right to erasure ("the right to be forgotten"), the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below and we will respond within 30 days at most.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) - www.dataprotection.ro.
